|Recommended: NoThe yelp reviews say it best. Park triangle focuses on getting leases signed, and then disregarding residents. The property manager Norman is beyond unprofessional to work with. The building communicates nothing to residents and they disregard, downplay, and disrespect people who bring up concerns. This has been an issue for years according to Yelp, as well as from neighbors in the building.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — The apartments are well priced and in a great location The staff are attentive and always helpful and kind. I have had maintenance come to fix an issue with the refrigerator and they came almost immediately and the problem was fixed quickly. You can not often hear your neighbors unless you are in the hallway given the thickness of the walls. The gym has all you need and the roof access is clutch, I highly recommend the apartment complex.

|Recommended: YesCozy, Friendly, Convenient — It’s simple, convenient, friendly staff, and comfortable. The roof top is great although I wish we had greenery that would block all of the air conditioning units . Front desk staff always are pleasant. Maintenance is timely, although on occasion, there are some mistakes made, but everyone is kind. Would love to get to know my fellow apartment dwellers a little better through more organized community events. Overall, this is a great place to live Highly recommend it to anyone who needs simple and functional
